Personally, I love felt!
For cons, I find that I use on my little creations and I always wonder just why!
So I sought the help of my lovely colleagues to find new ideas to exploit this wonderful material.
I even proposed a challenge: create a page in felt ANY;)
Here's what it gave!
Let's start with this page created in 2009, which had included a big heart felt adorned with buttons and other decorations. Any other shape (eg star, circle, character, etc.). might as well do the trick!
J'taime such
continue with this page looks very wintry, although the pictures have no connection with the cold season ( I like to use my photos in the second degree, sometimes;)))
The reasons for this paper made me think whirlwinds of winter so I embellished with flakes and mittens, to keep the same theme. The felt is often used on pages winter in shades of blue and white, since it refers to the warmth and softness that may leak out.
2 small flakes of love
I must say I cheated a little, but not too much!
Deliciously good
I began by using two rectangles of felt (white and green peas) to my bottom. I even sprayed Glimmer Mist yellow on white felt;)) - it works great!
I used as ornaments in felt possible: bands Queen and co felt . Tape, pompoms, yellow circles hand-cut, buttons, alphabet, etc.. I sewed most of the elements they felt to hold in place.
I loved this challenge! Bet there will be more felt on my creations to come and I still full of ideas: D

** Doing a little research on the net on the theme of the felt, I found inspiration in phenomenal amount! Here's what caught my attention:
This page has lots of small discrete elements in felt and it must be observed for see.
A second page of that artist ! Like the arrangement of ornaments felt with other embellishments. I am also inspired by this page to mine (2 p etits flakes of love. )
jaylynnScraps : use of foliage in felt to make a tree.

For my part, I had the idea to use strips of Queen and Co felt that I particularly like. Initially, they were sold adhesive film without making them difficult to use on scrapbook pages. However, it makes beautiful material for your sewing projects.
So I decided to take up the challenge of LNxx by making a small pouch full of felt alternating bands Queen and Co. felt
Really, if you hesitate to start your own couture, I invite you to try the felt is really easy. No need for serging, the fabric expands slightly when you do not sew Super Straight ... ;) Anyway, here is the ideal material for beginners!

I also love the felt! But on a scrapbook page, I'm still a little annoyed! That's why I prefer to use it only touches. Maybe some of you remember my old page appeared in a number of Scrapbook Extra? I just love this little owl:
Or the ornaments that I made for 1 year Scraptus?
Finally, I too share some favorite side felt ... because we love it! From

For my part, felt somewhat scares me ... but I still decided to take up the challenge of LN ...
In poking at Homesense, I found coasters made of felt with a cute reindeer motif ... At 6 for $ 0.60, I did not hesitate for long! I used one to make a map look at the winter!
And I also unearthed large mats (3.99 $)...
I thought that once cut, I could do an overlay interesting ... And on my page, I added some American Crafts Felt decorations (pumpkins), a tree (die Tim Holtz), an arrow Fancy Pants ...
And another card - this time, I felt the embossed (no need to paste)!
And here are some favorites ... Etsy
a beautiful garland in Maddy and Me ...
eggs that make me want to Asher Jasper (I'll get one one day !!!)...
Here! I hope that you will have given you the taste out of felt or the ornaments of your drawers!
